“The MPs are expected to review the implementation of the program of joint activities of Russia and Belarus in 2021 as part of the Union State to protect the population and rehabilitate the territories affected by the Chernobyl disaster, as well as to summarize the results of the program “Development of the Union State Hydrometeorological Security System for 2017-2021”. The MPs will get familiar with the development of the draft concept of the Union State program “Ensuring hydrometeorological security amid climate change” for 2023-2027,” the press service said.
Representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State, the Emergencies Ministries of Belarus and Russia, Belhydromet and Roshydromet are invited to take part in the session.
