New resident of Minsk free economic zone will produce non-standard equipment for air purification

The new resident of the Minsk free economic zone will produce innovative equipment and air filtration systems, BelTA learned from the administration of the free economic zone.

The investment project will be implemented by Emfil Air LLC in Fanipol. The company plans to launch production of dust-removing as well as chemically active filtering elements for air purification, on the basis of which the production of innovative high-tech equipment will be organized.

A distinctive feature of the project will be a pronounced export orientation of products. The equipment will be non-standard: its design, development and manufacture will be carried out on order.

Emfil Air LLC became the third resident of the Minsk free economic zone, registered in 2020. Today, there are 116 resident enterprises in the economic zone, 57 of which are with foreign investments.

In 2019, the administration of the FEZ Minsk registered 17 new resident companies. Such business cards as Stadler-Minsk (the production of electric trains and trams), the Alutech group of companies (the production of components for protective shutters, door systems), Adani (the production of X-ray equipment), and BELGI ( production of cars and small vehicles), "CNN Europe Industries Bisov" (production of bimetallic band and ring saws).
