So, in 2019, Tajikistan began to buy Belarusian jams, marmalades, air conditioning plants, paper, gardening equipment, refrigerators. The volumes of supplies of products that were supplied earlier, for example, metal structures, increased.
The plans for 2020 are to increase the supply of meat, milk and potatoes. “The Minsk region is a sister city of the Sogd region. In December, the governor of this region visited our region. Therefore, we are planning a return visit, participating in events in Tajikistan. We would like to study the possibility of increasing the supply of dairy products and meat, agricultural machinery, crop products (seed potatoes) and fruit growing” , - said the representative of the Committee on Economics.
It is also expected that in the summer of 2020 in Dushanbe a joint Tajik-Belarusian enterprise for the production of dairy products "Vatan" will be opened, the founder of which is OJSC "Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1.
