“The National Center of Legislation and Legal Research develops annual plans of legislative processes and submits them for approval to the president. Annual plans may also provide for developing concepts for the most significant and complex bills submitted to the head of state. When developing these plans, proposals are also accepted from government agencies and other organizations, including research centers, public associations, the general public. These plans also take on board outcomes of scientific research in the field of law and legal monitoring,” the National Legal Internet Portal informs.
Currently, the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research is developing a draft decree “On the approval of the plan of the legislative process for 2022”.
Proposals can be put forward at the Belarus Legal Forum until 16 April.
