During each of them, residents of the region will be able to voice problems related to the functioning of a particular sector of the national economy: construction, education, healthcare, transport, trade, etc. A specialist who is on the other side of the phone and who owns this topic as part of his professional duties place to give a competent answer to the caller and promptly help in resolving his issue.

The first thematic "direct telephone lines" will be held in Minsk Region Executive Committee next week.

On March 16, from 10.00 to 12.00, questions about the situation on the consumer market, as well as regarding the operation of retail facilities and the availability of basic consumer goods, will be answered by Deputy Chairman of Minsk Region Executive Committee Denis Kurlenko;

On March 16, from 14.00 to 16.00, issues of medical care in the central region can be discussed with Deputy Chairman of Minsk Region Executive Committee Ivan Markevich;

On March 17, from 10.00 to 12.00, Alexander Kruchanov, Deputy Chairman of Minsk Region Executive Committee, will conduct a “direct telephone line”. Its theme is the state of the road network of the region.

It should be noted that thematic hotlines will not cancel the traditional hotlines on Saturdays, they will run as usual.
