The most beautiful girl in the Minsk region was chosen in Borisov

The winners of the regional contest "Miss Minsk Region", which took place on January 24 at the Gorky Palace of Culture in Borisov, were determined. The event summed up the action "Beauties of the Minsk Region - the wealth of the country!", BelTA learned from the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee. 

Regional action began in November 2019. In total, 764 representatives of the central region became contenders for the title of "Miss Minsk Region". Among them are college students, students, medical workers, teachers, cultural workers. Girls not only demonstrated their visual appeal, but also surprised the jury with their talents and hobbies. 

As a result, 72 participants fought for the crown and title of the first beauty of the region. The competition was held according to the classical scenario: fashion shows in cocktail and evening dresses, outings in swimsuits and products of Kupalinka OJSC, improvisation contest. 

The jury evaluated the girls, which included representatives of the modeling industry and government agencies, famous artists, and cultural experts. 

The title "Miss Minsk Region" was won by Veronika Kusheleva from Logoisk. Vice-miss became a Soligorchanka Alina Poleshchuk and Violetta Gerasimchuk from Pukhovichi. The title "Miss Photo" went to Anna Milevskaya from Molodechno. "Miss Spectator Sympathy" - Daria Fesina from Cherven. 

“Today, one of the most striking events of the year happened before our eyes,” said Ivan Markevich, deputy chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee. “We chose the most beautiful girl in our region. The jury could sincerely sympathize. It is extremely difficult to determine the most worthy of so many brilliant girls: they are charming, smart "They are elegant, possess good manners, have a broad outlook, and are able to express their thoughts intelligibly and originally." 

The organizers were the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Borisov Regional Executive Committee.
