From January 9, 2020, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Minsk Region introduced a paid service for individuals and legal entities "Acceptance of documents for the implementation of administrative procedures related to the registration of vehicles by appointment." The cost per vehicle is Br10.

The service is provided on the basis of an application on Mondays from 08.30 to 18.00 in the building of the UGAI ATC of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee at the address: Minsk, st. Kalvariyskaya, 27, office 101. Also, the customer can leave a request from Tuesday to Friday from 08.00 to 17.00 on the phones of the MRO GAI ATC: 8-017-2596170 and 8-017-3786298. When making a call, you must provide the name of the organization or full name individual, address, number of vehicles. On the appointed day, the customer, in addition to the documentation necessary for registration, must provide a copy of the document confirming the payment of the service.

You can also apply for pre-registration in the registration and examination units of the GAI of the Minsk region - at the place of registration.

In 2019, more than 31.2 thousand vehicles were registered by the inter-district registration unit of the traffic police of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, more than 68.1 thousand were deregistered, and almost 5 thousand changes were made to registration documents. At the same time, 14 wanted cars were discovered, two facts of registration document falsification, 133 modifications of the identification number, according to which the facts of falsification were established.
