The construction of a new surgical building of the Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital is under the control of the governor of the central region, Alexei Kushnareko. About this reported in the press service of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

Today Alexey Kushnarenko visited the construction site of the new surgical building of the Moscow Regional Clinical Hospital on a working visit.

The new building will be the largest medical facility in the region: its area will be more than 60 thousand square meters. The eight-story building is designed for 380 beds. They plan to place 2-3 patients in each ward. The implementation of the project will allow concentrating all highly qualified surgical care for residents of the Minsk region in one place.

It should be noted that more than 50 operations are performed daily at the Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital, and over 18 thousand per year.
